What is the DHMO App?
The DHMO app helps you monitor your pool water quality using a smart device called the D1 Sensor
installed in your pool’s filtration system. It keeps your pool water clean, safe, and balanced — with real-
time readings and simple instructions.
No need to visit pool shops or guess chemical levels ever again.
Getting Started – Step by Step
1. Download the App
● Download the DHMO app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. log in
● Use your email and password.
● Tap “Forgot Password?” if needed.
● You’ll stay logged in unless you manually log out.
3. Accept terms
● Read and tap “Accept & Confirm”.
● This is required to access the app.
4. View Quick Onboarding
● You’ll see a few screens explaining the app.
● Tap through or press “Skip” if you prefer to explore on your own.
Navigating the App (Bottom Menu)
The bottom menu has 5 simple sections:
1. Stats
YOUR MAIN DASHBOARD
• Overview Tab:
● Shows current levels of:
○ Temperature
○ pH (acidity)
○ ORP (oxidation/reduction — a sign of sanitiser levels)
○ Salinity
Each item has a coloured bar:
● Green = Good
● Yellow = Warning
● Red = Needs Action
REPORTS TAB
● View past readings.
● Generate official reports for warranty or record-keeping.
2. Alerts
Shows only critical issues needing immediate attention.
● Each alert tells you what’s wrong and when.
● Tap an alert to:
○ See more info
○ Get product suggestions
○ Follow simple fix-it tutorials
○ Clear the alert once resolved
3. Device
Shows info about your DHMO sensor
● Status – See if it’s online
● Wi-Fi Info – Check or reset your Wi-Fi if needed
● Device ID – Model and serial numbers
● Subscription (if active) – See your plan details
Resetting Wi-Fi:
1. Tap Wi-Fi Info
2. Tap Reset Password
3. Enter your new Wi-Fi password
4. The app will pair via Bluetooth and update your device

Need help?
● Tap “Support” to:
○ Call or email DHMO
○ Chat via the website
○ View Terms & Privacy Policy
5. Profile
Manage your account.
● View or edit your name and phone number
● Change your password
● Upload or view important documents (warranty, certificate)
● Revisit the onboarding screens
● Delete account (use only if you really want to exit the DHMO ecosystem)
Common Tasks Made Easy
PH TOO LOW / HIGH?
● Tap the parameter in Stats
● Follow the product suggestion
● Use the tutorial if unsure
● Test again after fixing
Want to See Trends?
● In Stats, tap the small graph icon
● Choose the chemical and the time range (e.g., last 7 days)
● Track how your water is performing
Need a Report?
● Go to Stats → Reports
● Select the chemical(s) and date range
● Tap Generate Report
● View or download from the list

WHAT TO DO
Make sure Wi-Fi is working and device is online
Use Device → Wi-Fi Info → Reset Password
Go to Alerts, tap alert → follow instructions
Close and reopen the app
Tap Support and get in touch

● Check the app once a week — or more if you’ve had storms or heavy use.
● Always use recommended chemicals and follow dosage guides.
● If unsure, use the tutorials — they’re designed for beginners.
● Don’t panic about alerts — they’re there to help you act early, not to alarm you.
